ReadOne Project got started with Shota Watanabe and Hikoichiro Nakai when they were undergraduate students in Japan. ReadOne is a news aggregator which works on the sidebar of Internet Explore and web-based application. He developed a feed crawler and personalized reordering function which could reorder the news articles automatically by user's interests. ReadOne received 5000+ users.
RedCruise provides a feed aggregator for Windows. It also sells an RSS feed builder for enterprises. Their news aggregator, named eCruiser, is a client install software that looks like a ticker. In 2006, eCruiser reached 1 million downloads. He was responsible for developing strategy, product development, product management and customer support. RedCruise was cofounded by Isamu Masuda, Yuko Honobe and him in Tokyo, Japan. They got funded by Impress Holdings, Inc in 2006.
